Wayne ARC operates a free-standing Article 16 clinic with a variety of services provided both in Wayne County and at our satellite clinic in Orleans County. The Clinic program strives to help those with disabilities, their families and other qualified individuals attain health care services and develop the skills necessary for successful community living.
